The technology is more powerful and nothing is as good as technology at improving life. Even though this is good and on the surface, there are drawbacks also in it. The technology can affect our lives on both positive and negative ways. New technologies are always changing our life much more and takes it to a new level. It is a new way of thinking (or) doing normal things differently. The better and much faster with the hassle-free and at an affordable rate. Let imagine our life before Electricity, life before the Computer, life before the Smart phones, life before the Industries, life before the motor vehicles. Life was much less complex before those technologies but also it was at the same time we faced some difficult to get many things done with just the daylight.
From the beginning of the time the technology evolves, how it evolves and there more we find more for our convenient ways to get much more things done in a day without too much of hassle and this is one of the great benefits of having new technology. Below figure describes the same

PROS:
The technologies have brought the many great things like the light during the night we call it as Electricity. In some case, without technology life would be very difficult and we way behind. Let’s think of electricity as an example, The one only electricity has taken our life on the earth to another dimension especially for human beings. Let’s imagine how bad our day can be and how our life gets stuck if there were is no electricity just for a couple of hours. The electricity is now one of the versatile energy sources on the planet, even though we have only depended on it for about a hundred years now but how improved our life is compared to five centuries ago. So think if we had been depended on it from the beginning, Our life will be very much better. Let’s Imagine a thousand years with electricity, Our life would really be in a different level of dimension. I wish I could live to witness for that.
Let’s make it easy for the humans to exchange their pieces of information by using the technologies like laptops, computers, tablets, and smart phones to make decisions faster, interacting with social networks, to get entertainment, the process for financial transactions efficiently, buy something in online, and manage other technologies. This has made it very much easier to travel because comparatively book cheap air tickets just press of a button, cabs can come to collect you at your preferred time and no more waiting. There is an easier way of connecting and communicating with friends and family through social media’s and nowadays you don’t have to remember people’s birthday because social media’s can always remind you.
An unimaginably the technology unlocks our life. Our life only existed in people dreams. The people’s imagination is reflected in the technology to solve existing problems. Those problems push humans to transform their own imagined ideas to solving their problems into technological innovations which as a result improve our life’s.
CONS:
Anyhow, electricity has brought too much of convenience to the lives of humans on earth it has also complicated in a way. There is too much of dependency on the electricity and result there is the overuse of electricity and since many of the electricity is generated through natural gas, wind, and water. It’s effectively changed the earth’s climate system. This is really very bad because it means the next generation of humans may or may not find the earth as green as it looks like today.
If we see also electricity has led to the complexity of many places. The average humans today do not want to do their laundry with hands but wants a machine to do that and it becomes business too, the same goes for the warming food with a microwave oven, using a treadmill for exercising. Even driving around the city is no longer easy, the one has to obey traffic singles, signs and etc. These things were made to our life easy for only humans. however, if you do not want them (or) afford them in our life can be difficult and very complex for you as humans because things are longer done by the manual way.
Finally, the new technologies such as smart phones, laptops, tablets have negative effects on the environment too and on the balance of our life though they are meant to make our life great. If you can’t afford/use these technologies in your life becomes very backward. The technology also gives too many options to choose from which can sometimes make our life of a person very difficult.
In general, the new technologies bring new qualities to our lives but also has a side effects.
